- Distribution Agreement: All distributors must enter into a formal distribution agreement with our company outlining the terms and conditions of the partnership, including territory rights, pricing, and terms of sale.
- Product Knowledge: Distributors are required to have a thorough understanding of our products, including features, specifications, and applications, to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
- Sales Targets: Distributors are expected to meet agreed-upon sales targets and goals as outlined in the distribution agreement. These targets may vary based on specific territories, regions, or countries. For details on the sales targets for each country or region, distributors are advised to consult our Order Management specialist. It is imperative that distributors work closely with our team to establish realistic and achievable sales targets tailored to the unique market conditions and opportunities in each territory. Meeting these targets is essential for maintaining a successful partnership and maximizing mutual growth and profitability.
- Marketing Support: We provide marketing support to our distributors, including sales collateral, product training materials, and promotional campaigns, to help them effectively market our products to their customers.
- Pricing Structure: We will establish a comprehensive pricing system to ensure that our distributors remain competitive in their respective markets. This pricing structure will be regularly reviewed and updated to reflect market dynamics and ensure that our distributors have the necessary pricing flexibility to effectively compete and maximize their market share.
- Customer Service: Distributors are responsible for providing excellent customer service to their clients, including addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and providing after-sales support.
- Reporting Requirements: Distributors are required to provide regular sales reports and updates to our company, including sales performance, market feedback, and inventory levels.
- Compliance: Distributors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective territories, including product safety standards, import/export regulations, and trade restrictions.
- Termination Clause: The distribution agreement may be terminated by either party with proper notice and for valid reasons, such as breach of contract, failure to meet sales targets, or changes in business circumstances. Our distributor assessment period spans one year, and distributors are evaluated based on their performance against the agreed-upon sales targets during this period. If a distributor successfully meets or exceeds the targets within the assessment period, the agreement will continue as planned. However, if the inability to achieve the agreement targets is due to overall market factors, both parties will engage in discussions to review and possibly adjust the terms of the agreement accordingly.
- Confidentiality: Distributors must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and trade secrets provided by our company and refrain from disclosing such information to third parties without prior authorization.
- Amendments: This distributor policy may be amended or updated by our company at any time with proper notice to distributors.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the distributorship agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement.
