ARI Experts Policy

At VAN De Power, we value the expertise and insights of professionals in the field of gas engine technology. Through our ARI (Alternative Replacement Index) Expert Program, we aim to collaborate with industry experts worldwide to enhance our product development and provide valuable technical support to our customers.


Recruitment Process: We actively recruit ARI Experts through various channels, including social media and referrals. Experts can register themselves by linking their LinkedIn accounts or providing their project experience and relevant information for review. Upon successful verification, approved Experts gain access to our platform.


Roles and Responsibilities: ARI Experts play a vital role in our product development process by participating in product review sessions and submitting case studies of product failures encountered in their work experience. Additionally, they have the opportunity to offer paid technical consultations to other customers, participate in offline technical exchange meetings held in different countries, share technical cases and information with fellow experts, and access job postings or apply for positions.


Compensation: We offer competitive compensation to ARI Experts for their contributions. Each month, we calculate and provide cash rewards based on the volume and quality of their participation in product review sessions and the submission of product failure cases. All approved Experts are required to adhere to the management regulations of our Expert Forum.
